AN EXAMPLE OF WORK UNDERTAKEN
A warrior 165 with a split hull .
Further investigation revealed a stress fracture right through a foam reinforced stringer ,resulting in damaged gell coat and water ingress .
The stringer was cut out , all moisture removed , the hull repaired and the stringer replaced .All coated with marine grade GRP materials, ensuring a sound structual repair.
The floor was replaced and gellcoat repairs completed on the hull . The finish on the boat afterwards , was as good as new and the damaged area was / is probably stronger now than when manufactured !
This is a typical example of the work we undertake. We also do structural alterations / repairs and refits at our workshop or on site.
